Summer Rosè and Cheese Trio

the trio

  • italian gorgonzola piccante + stacy's pita chips

  • fig goat milk cheese + raisin pecan sweet crisps from corner bakery

  • smoked mozzarella + wrapped in proscuitto 

sweet and savory accents

  • smoked almonds

  • raspberries

This July fourth weekend, I decided to treat myself to some of my favorite cheeses and rosè to make a summery and light cheese plate. It was so easy to make! Sometimes the hard part with this kind of plate is how to figure out what pairs well together. What I like to do is, when in doubt, stick to the classic sweets and savories :) Top it off with a glass of rosè, and there really isn't any way you can go wrong!
