Blackberry Sugar Mocktail

Can we discuss coupe glasses for a second? Because that’s the glass you need for this drink - they are elegant, classic, a little old world - and I love them! Whether you have a modern ribbed coupe or an old fashioned clunky thrifted one, you can’t go wrong. I have both, by the way. 🙂

This mocktail is on the sweet side, thanks to a deliciously crunchy rim of brown sugar that hits your lips first. I love this drink’s color and grape flavor. It is playful and reminiscent of childhood a little bit - is it weird if it’s giving off Kool-Aid vibes?

• 0.5 oz curacao

• 1 oz. grape juice

• 6 oz. Ice Sparkling Drink in blue raspberry flavor

• brown sugar, for rim

• blackberries and rosemary for garnish
