So many have lost loved ones, are in a distressing financial situation, or having to put life’s big milestones on hold.
Read MoreAs I type this, the snow is gently falling at our doorstep in thick, lush heaps! It is truly so magical and such an enchanting way to ring in the first of February. I feel so grateful for the natural break that this snow has afforded me - not 1 but 2 total snow days so far - it could not come at a more needed time. I feel selfish admitting it, and even silly for expressing it here.

There were dark times, and bright times, but even now, one of the most unsettling elements is the remaining question of what will happen. We do not know.
