I was pleasantly surprised to find out how quick and easy (and stress-free) it was to bake my own biscotti. Even more so, the list of ingredients was manageable and it yielded almost 20 biscotti! I might have eaten a few out of the oven…but I can’t remember…I think I did.

I am too scared to venture out to the grocery store! Takeout for us stopped a long time ago, too.
